And As Ras are two villages that belong to the parish of San Miguel de Cerceda, one of the thirteen that make up the council of O Pino, located in central Galicia, south southeast of the province of A Coruña. A Brea and As Ras celebrate the patron saint festivities of the parish of San Miguel de Cerceda on 29 September in honour of San Miguel, in addition to participating with the rest of the municipality in fairs and common festivities. They also celebrate Corpus Christi.
